This late Victorian locket is made from sterling silver. Centered on the front of the locket is a colorful bouquet of enamel flowers in vibrant pinks, blues and greens. The back side that showcases five English hallmarks and an engraved bouquet of flowers. The eighteen inch chain that accompanies this locket is half an inch wide and is intricately detailed. The oversized spring ring clasp is off set on the front of the chain near the locket. The locket attaches to the chain with another oversized spring ring. The locket itself measures 1.75 inches tall and almost 1.50 inches wide at the widest point. Inside is green fabric that is protected by a thin piece of plastic that is not original to the piece but will help protect any treasure tucked inside.
