This is a rare and unusual Georgian woven hair ring. Unlike most hair rings, it is hand engraved. The intricate detail of the woven hair is truly remarkable. We suspect this mourning band ring to be made around 1790-1820. It is a ring size 7 3/4 and it is not sizable.
